However if the loop includes only one subject it runs without errors.

Any clues on where to start looking for answers?

Thanks. I am trying to run a batch for a quality analysis using the toolbox "tsdiffana" for SPM12, but when trying to load the "batch_tsdiffana.m" I get this error: Undefined function 'list' for input arguments of type 'cell'. I do not understand where the error is, especially because there is no such a function when I look at the batch script.

Could you please help me with your thoughts? Thanks a lot!

PalomaLommiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16781533205008314029noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1405968300258104460.post-13704913096964610182017-10-02T11:59:38.759-04:002017-10-02T11:59:38.759-04:00Hey there,

All of the fields in file_job.m are filled in with the values you entered in the GUI, and file.m executes file_job.m using spm_jobman. In that sense, the procedure is basically the same.

What kind of error are you getting?

-AndyAndrew Jahnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16435706598096921650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1405968300258104460.post-45732346231732651272017-09-30T19:42:42.796-04:002017-09-30T19:42:42.796-04:00Thank you so much, Andy.
