Take a look at this post: http://andysbrainblog.blogspot.com/2012/07/fsl-tutorial-6-automating-feat.html

As for the output, you should only get COPE images if you actually carried out a contrast; if it's a simple weighting of "1" for a regressor, then it's just a PE (in my understanding of how FSL outputs the images).

Best,

-AndyAndrew Jahnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16435706598096921650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1405968300258104460.post-38632089287261252942015-04-24T08:54:02.768-04:002015-04-24T08:54:02.768-04:00Hello,

I have read online that it is possible to re-run the post-stats tab only. However, it seems to still perform the registration step again. If I load my previous FEAT directory I am not able to deselect the options in the registration Tab. I am not sure how to solve this problem. I do not want to perform the registration step again, as I am working with lesion patients and performed lesion masking already.
Moreover, what should the output of this step look like. I only get a 'stats' folder not a tplots folder and the stats folder only containts PE files. There are no stats or zstats or COPE images in that folder.
Could you maybe help me with this? perhaps I am making some errors here...

Thank youAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
